Taylor Swift was spotted joining in a spontaneous "Swag Surfin'" celebratory dance as she watched the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Miami Dolphins 26-7 on Saturday in sub-zero temperatures, in the first AFC playoff round.

The singing sensation was there to cheer on the Chiefs and especially the tight end Travis Kelce, who she is dating, from a stadium suite. As winter storms envelop large chunks of the U.S. the kickoff temperature was minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit according to NBC, with a wind chill of minus 26 degrees.

Fast Life Yungstaz song "Swag Surfin,'" released in 2009, has developed into something of an anthem for the Chiefs, with fans joining in the iconic dance on mass from the stands. Swift was recorded performing the dance alongside Donna Kelce, her boyfriend's mother, and Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes.

The footage caused a sensation on social media with one user on X, formerly Twitter, posting the clip and commenting: "Donna Kelce and Taylor Swift swag surfing was not on my 2024 bingo card."

Another X user also shared the footage of Swift dancing, adding: "The full clip of Taylor Swift swag surfin. She is such a vibe I love her to pieces."

A third clip posted by football "content provider" Tedd Buddwell read: "Travis Kelce has Taylor Swift, "Swag Surfing,'" wearing his number and singing. Oh, she's definitely in love."

A video posted by Chiefs fan Craig Mullen showed the teams players also jumping up and celebrating with the song. He said: "Players dancing to Swag Surfin! You got to love it."

During a recent episode of his New Heights podcast Kelce explained why "Swag Surfin'" had become so popular with Chiefs players. He said: "It's a classic man. Since I really want to say since I've been here it's been a huge fourth quarter, big-time moment, big-time like drive in the game for our defense, they play a highlight video that has "Swag surf'" on it as a song and it gets everybody hyped."

Swift caused a sensation when she was first spotted at a Chiefs game on September 24 alongside Kelce's mother, and was seen jumping up and cheering after he scored a touchdown.

Swift's Eras Tour swept the United States in 2023 contributing $6 billion to the economy according to one calculation, beating Elton John's Farewell tour to be the biggest of all time.

This week the Department of Defense was forced to deny a bizarre conspiracy theory from Fox News host Jesse Watters that Swift could be a Pentagon asset and "a front for a covert political agenda."

In a statement laced with Swift references, sent to Politico, Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh rejected the claim, while calling on Congress to approve the administration's supplemental budget request.

She said: "As for this conspiracy theory, we are going to shake it off. But that does highlight that we still need Congress to approve our supplemental budget request as Swift-ly as possible so we can be out of the woods with potential fiscal concerns."
