A TikToker's father is putting his architecture major to good use by custom building various pieces of furniture for his daughter's cat, as seen in a viral video that raked in more than 3 million views.
The video, published on mini_minerva_'s TikTok account on October 24, opens with a shot of the hypoallergenic Siberian feline before a few different pieces of custom-built furniture are seen.
A heart-shaped cat tower covered in bath mats, a private "litter lounge" and a renter-friendly custom tree climber that reaches from the floor to the ceiling were just some of the pieces created by the cat owner's father.
"What should he make next?" the text over the video read.
The video sparked delight in the comment section, and others wondered how some of these pieces were built.
"My cat just handed me emancipation papers," one TikTok comment read.
Another wrote, "Dads that know handiwork and love their cats are POWERFUL BEINGS."

Some suggested that the TikToker's father should find a way to sell his creations to other cat owners. Mini_minerva_ wrote back and said she is trying to convince him to open his own shop.
"Your dad's a genius, glad he's using it for good," another comment read.
"I love that he took the time to make the tower heart-shaped. Above and beyond," a viewer wrote.
While many pet owners don't typically go above and beyond to build custom furniture pieces for their furry friends, they'll find ways to ensure their home is pet-friendly.
An article published in Architectural Digest outlined a few ways pet owners can make their living space more pet-friendly.
Using a wipeable wallpaper or paint finish makes it easy to clean if a dirty pet brushes against a wall. Owners can also consider how they can utilize storage to their advantage.
Kari Whitman, the owner of design firm Kari Whitman Interiors of Ace of Hearts dog rescue, told Architectural Digest pet owners can use a large basket or vintage crate to hold toys while ensuring the space is still clean.
Owners were also reminded to be conscious of certain cleaning products because some may be toxic to animals.
There were a few follow-up videos that mini_minerva_ posted, including how the cat tower was renter-friendly and a reveal of her father, who she said loves her cat and loves to build.
In the video explaining how the cat tower is apartment-friendly, the TikToker said there is padding against the wall, and beams are angled a specific way and braced, which means screws were not needed for the wall.
"What a great job," a TikTok viewer wrote. "The thought process to take care that nothing is ruined after taking it down. Well done."
