Tim Allen has been accused of "rude" behavior on the set of The Santa Clauses by Casey Wilson, one of his co-stars on the Disney+ series.

The Christmas-themed comedy, which is based on The Santa Clause movie series, recently returned to screens for a second season with Home Improvement star Allen reprising his lead role as Scott Calvin/Santa Claus.

However, Wilson, 43, has alleged that when she joined the production for an episode as a guest star, her time with Allen, 70, was far from pleasant, branding it "truly [the] single worst experience I have ever had with a co-star."

Wilson made the comments about Allen during an episode of her podcast Bitch Sesh, where she shared a candid response after guest Danny Pellegrino asked her about her experience working on the festive-themed series.

Newsweek has contacted representatives of Allen via email for comment.

"Tim Allen was such a bitch," Wilson told Pellegrino and her co-host Danielle Schneider, before sharing that she took on the role because she is a "great friend" of one of the producers, and her children "loved the movies."

Recounting her experience of working with Allen on a scene, Wilson said: "So he's coming down the chimney, obviously as Santa, and I am woken up thinking there's an intruder, basically like a home invasion scene."

"So I'm throwing things at [Allen]," she continued. "He goes over to the producer—who is standing four feet from me—and goes, and I hear him, he goes, 'You gotta tell her to stop stepping on my lines.' The producer turns to me with horror on his face and has to walk one foot to me and he goes, 'Umm, Tim would ask that you stop stepping on his lines.'"

She alleged that "everybody was walking on eggshells" at that moment and that "people just looked frantic."

Wilson went on to state that Allen was "f****** rude" when he made an abrupt exit from the set when she was filming a close-up shot. "[He] never made eye contact, never said anything. It was so uncomfortable," she said.

According to Wilson, Allen announced, "Leaving!" However, she claimed that Allen had not informed the cast and crew in advance.

"[He] takes his Santa cape, picks it up, drops it on the floor and walks out," she recounted on the podcast. "And they hustle in his stand-in—lovely man—who was much nicer to act against. People are scurrying to pick up his velvet Santa coat. He's a bitch."

Wilson added that a crew member later told her of Allen: "You're seeing him on a good day."

Her claims come almost a year after Allen denied Pamela Anderson's allegation that he once indecently exposed himself to her on the set of his sitcom Home Improvement when they worked together back in 1991.

The claim was made in Anderson's memoir Love, Pamela, which was released on January 31. At the time of the alleged incident, Anderson would have been 23 years old to Allen's 37.

"On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe," Anderson wrote. "He opened his robe and flashed me quickly—completely naked underneath. He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we're even. I laughed uncomfortably."

The quote was in apparent reference to Anderson having modeled for Playboy, a move that helped catapult the Canadian to international superstardom.

However, comedian Allen denied the claims. He told Newsweek via his representative at the time: "No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing."

As a then-budding actress, Anderson appeared on Home Improvement for the first two seasons as Lisa the Tool Girl. She eventually departed the ABC sitcom to focus on her role in Baywatch, which would quickly become a global hit. She returned as a guest on Home Improvement in 1997.
