All of Tempe Town Lake was closed and the Arizona Department of Public Safety closed off the Loop 101 ramps to Loop 202 WB. All northbound traffic on Packard Drive, Ashe Ave and 1st Street to Rio Salado, all of Tempe Beach Park and the Mill Ave Bridge were also closed. The ADPS also alerted people that they could expect additional roads to be closed.
