Travis Kelce's "meltdown" at Kansas City Chiefs' coach Andy Reid has ignited a barrage of jokes and memes at the football star's expense.

The Chiefs' tight end was filmed yelling at the 65-year-old on the sidelines, supposedly due to not being included in a critical play in the second quarter.

Kelce grabbed Reid by the arm and appeared to scream into his face, with the 34-year-old's behavior leaving many viewers unimpressed.

However, the scene also sparked a flurry of jokes, with some fans poking fun at Kelce's high-profile relationship with Taylor Swift.

The singer has been a fixture at Chiefs' games since going public about her relationship with Kelce in September, with some sports fans complaining about the amount of NFL coverage Swift receives.

The pop star flew from Japan to attend the Super Bowl, cheering on the Chiefs from a luxury suite with pals Blake Lively, Ice Spice and Lana Del Rey.

"I'm going to kiss her for 20 seconds on live TV," wrote David Clinch on X, formerly Twitter, alongside a screenshot of Kelce yelling at Reid.

"She was Time's "Person of the Year" last year, a 14-time Grammy winner, The Eras Tour Movie is the highest grossing concert film of all time. She's the greatest artist of our generation, Andy," @PaddyPower wrote, using the same image.

"TONY STARK WAS ABLE TO BUILD THIS IN A CAVE," said Charlie Ashby, referencing the Marvel film Iron Man (2008).

"Dammit, call in Dark Brandon and the Deep State already!" joked Jed Shugerman, citing the conspiracy theory that the Democrats are the reason the Chiefs' made it to the Super Bowl.

Democrats and White House staffers have used the meme to turn around jokes made at the president's expense.

Berny Belvedere also poked fun at the conspiracy theory, posting: "YOU'RE RUINING THE M************ PSY-OP. GET YOUR S*** TOGETHER FAST."

Brit found inspiration from her own life, writing: "My kid when I serve him the wrong colored fork."

Newsweek has reached out to Kelce for comment via email.

Speaking to ESPN following the Chiefs' win, Kelce refused to reveal what he said to Reid. However, there doesn't seem to be any hostility between the pair.

"I'm going to keep that between us unless my miked up tells the world, but I was just telling him how much I love him," Kelce joked.

Speaking to the press post-game, Reid also poked fun at the "cheap shot" Kelce took at him, explaining that the player caught him off balance while he wasn't watching.

Apparently, Kelce was telling Reid: "Just put me in, I'll score, I'll score."

"I love that," the coach told reporters. "It's not the first time, so I appreciate it."
