The Kansas City Chiefs game against the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night proved to be a chilly one—and tight end Travis Kelce was seen screaming to keep himself warm.

Kansas City's 26-7 win in subzero temperatures broke the record for the coldest game in Arrowhead Stadium history and was the fourth-coldest NFL game ever. The kickoff temperature was minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill of minus 26 degrees, NBC reported. Even though it was icy, a special heating system under the pitch made sure that the match went ahead as planned.

Now a clip of Kelce screaming has gone viral after the official NFL X account (formerly Twitter) posted it on Thursday. At the time of writing, the video had been viewed more than 434,000 times. Newsweek contacted Kelce's publicist for comment via email Friday.

"Ay, don't let the cold affect your image and get hype," the Chiefs star Kelce said before it cut to three different clips of him screaming at the top of his lungs. "I just like screaming right now. You got to keep warm, you know what I mean?"

The X account belonging to the New Heights podcast, which is hosted by Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce, reshared the video and added: "Screaming helps make it warmer that's a scientific fact."

People took to the replies of both posts to share how amused they were by Kelce's unusual tactic to keep warm.

"Can somebody remind @tkelce that this is why he's the perfect nominee for the Peoples Choice Award for Athlete? Doesn't matter if he thinks he hasn't had the best year stat-wise. He is a fantastic, representative of the NFL and people world-wide love to watch him play," one X user wrote.

"Haha, gotta love Travis Kelce's enthusiasm on and off the field!" posted another.

"Travis Kelce always a good vibes to the team," a third person commented.

A fourth added: "Travis Kelce the GOAT [greatest of all time]."

It seems Kelce and girlfriend Taylor Swift are a match made in heaven, as she was seen "screeching" in Kelce's suite during the same game—and it didn't seem to faze his mom, who was sitting right beside her, one bit.

Swift was first spotted at a Chiefs game on September 24 alongside Donna Kelce. The singer-songwriter has attended several Chiefs contests this season during her romance with the team's tight end.

The cold didn't stop Swift from attending the game on Saturday and getting involved in the action. A video posted to X showed her yelling while looking visibly stressed as she watched the game with Donna Kelce. The clip has received more than 240,000 views.

Newsweek contacted Swift's publicist and reached out to Donna Kelce through Travis Kelce's publicist for comment via email Monday.

The clip uploaded by user @graynovember13, was captioned: "Donna just [unfazed] by her screeching. Taylor is just like Travis fr [for real]." The video was originally shared on the social-media platform by user @_nataliemaria13.

When Time magazine labeled Swift its Person of the Year 2023, she told the publication that she had secretly begun dating Kelce in July.

"This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell," Swift said. "We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I'm grateful for, because we got to get to know each other.

"By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple," Swift added. "I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard-launch a first date."
