Donald Trump will announce his 2024 White House bid next week, according to longtime adviser Jason Miller.
"Here's what's important for people to realize...that President Trump is going to announce on Tuesday that he's running for president," Miller said Friday on the War Room podcast hosted by Trump ally Steve Bannon. Miller, who is the CEO of Gettr, said the announcement will be "very professional" and "buttoned up" and will be made in front of a large crowd of supporters, "with signs" and over 250 cameras.

Trump told Miller "there doesn't need to be any question" about his plan to run for office again, according to the adviser. "Of course I'm running. I'm going to do this, and I want to make sure people know that I'm fired up and we've got to get the country back on track," Trump reportedly said. Miller also said Trump told him that "everyone knows I'm going to run so let's go and get it started."
Over the past few weeks, the former president has teased a 2024 campaign announcement while he's been at rallies in support of candidates he endorsed in the midterm elections. At a rally for Senate candidate J.D. Vance in Ohio the day before the elections, Trump said he will make a "very big announcement" on November 15.
"This is the year we're going to take back the House," Trump said toward the end of his speech. "We're going to take back the Senate, and we're going to take back America. And in 2024, most importantly, we are going to take back our magnificent White House."

On Wednesday, Trump sent out an email that said he is "going to announce something HUGE" at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida on November 15.

Some of Trump's former advisers have said he plans to announce a run for the White House but advised him to wait until after the midterms to avoid taking attention away from the Republican candidates in Tuesday's elections.
But after many of Trump's endorsed candidates were defeated on Election Day, Republicans have blamed the former president for the lack of a GOP "red wave" and have called on the party to reject Trump as its leader.
And with control of Congress still not decided, many Republicans are urging Trump to wait to launch his campaign until after the December 6 Senate runoff election in Georgia between Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock and his Republican challenger, Herschel Walker.
Two days ago, Miller told Newsmax that Trump should "pause" his announcement plan until after the Georgia race is decided.
"I'm advising the president to hold off until after the Georgia race, after Herschel Walker," Miller said. "Priorities A, B, and C need to be about Herschel right now. This is bigger than anything else in the country."
Miller also said the race will decide which party ends up controlling the U.S. Senate.
"Everything comes down to Herschel Walker and Georgia. And if we can pull that off, we might get Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer packing from the majority leader's office," he said. "So everything over this next month is about Herschel Walker and making sure we get the win there."
