The Try Guys, a popular YouTube channel with nearly 8 million subscribers, has booted co-creator and executive producer Ned Fulmer as the star admitted to an extramarital relationship.
"Ned Fulmer is no longer working with The Try Guys," the group announced in a tweet on Tuesday. "As a result of a thorough internal review, we do not see a path forward together. We thank you for your support as we navigate this change."
The statement comes after cheating allegations surrounding Fulmer went viral on social media. The comedian, who is one-fourth of the Try Guys along with Keith Habersberger, Zach Kornfeld and Eugene Lee Yang, branded himself as a devoted husband and even co-authored a cookbook with his wife, Ariel Fulmer, entitled The Date Night Cookbook. His Instagram bio includes the label, "Ariel Fulmer's Husband."

Fulmer admitted to having an affair on his own Twitter account on Tuesday, writing, "Family should always have been my priority, but I lost focus and had a consensual workplace relationship. I'm sorry for any pain that my actions may have caused to the guys and the fans but most of all to Ariel. The only thing that matters right now is my marriage and my children, and that's where I am going to focus my attention."
Ariel Fulmer said on her Instagram account, "Thanks to everyone who has reached out to me—it means a lot. Nothing is more important to me and Ned than our family, and all we request right now is that you respect our privacy for the sake of our kids."

The news came after rumors swirling on Reddit and Twitter speculated about Fulmer's infidelity. Viewers noted that he was absent from the last three episodes of the show, while his wife was conspicuously missing from the last two episodes of a podcast she hosts with the other wives of the Try Guys, called You Can Sit With Us.
Fulmer was accused of cheating with Alexandria Herring, an associate producer of the Try Guys, after surfaced images allegedly showed the pair kissing and dancing in a New York City bar. A man claiming to be Herring's fiancé, Will Thayer, said on Reddit that he was messaged by a person who spotted Fulmer and Herring together.

The stranger even sent videos as proof, according to screenshots of the exchange that circulated broadly online. The person claiming to be Thayer said he spoke to Ariel Fulmer for an hour afterward.
The scandal took the internet by storm, with even model Chrissy Teigen, who has over 13 million followers, requesting a "synopsis" of the drama on Twitter.
