Watch This Neighbor Complain That TikToker's Christmas Light Display 'Kinda Sucks, Dude'

Pretty much everyone knows at least one neighbor who goes overboard with Christmas decorations. That doesn't mean, though, that you tell that neighbor exactly how you feel. But, in the case of one video that's getting a ton of attention online, somebody did let a Christmas-happy neighbor know that he's not a fan of their light display.

An angry visitor was captured on a TikToker's doorbell camera sharing pretty serious complaints about the LED distractions that the TikToker has all over the front of their house. Now, while it's certainly possible that the complainer is just a certified Grinch, we have to admit that the TikToker hasn't assembled the most... subtle Christmas light setup. In fact, the presentation actually involves, of all things, chicken wings and a TikTok trend. It's not exactly traditional holiday fare.

One video from the TikTok channel @justinthelightguy has found its way to Reddit's r/PublicFreakout and shows the upset neighbor sharing his gripes. "This kinda sucks, dude," the visitor begins, gesturing toward the holiday display. "It kinda sucks. Now I don't understand your childish need for f**king attention all the time; I don't. Celebrating every calendar holiday..." That, unfortunately, is right where the video cuts out.

What the doorbell camera doesn't show are the unique lights that Justin created this year for Christmas. One video that's captured more than 1.3 million likes on TikTok shows a light arrangement featuring lyrics, photos and more to accompany the "Chicken Wing Beat" tune that's all over TikTok. You can watch the full clip here:

After seeing the whole display, we have to admit, the upset neighbor might have a point—and folks online feel similarly. While the doorbell exchange certainly wasn't peaceful, users online are splitting their sympathies between Justin, the light creative, and his irritated neighbor. "Just the lights would be annoying as hell, but that music would send anybody over the edge," wrote one Reddit user.

Another echoed that point. "If I were his neighbor I would eventually get irritated but as a random person on the internet, I can't stop laughing," said another Redditor.

And, like the neighbor says in the clip, this isn't the only ostentatious light display that Justin has put together. Another of his light routines uses TikTok's "I ain't ever seen two pretty best friends" meme. A video showing that display was liked on the app more than 2.2 million times.

Justin has also uploaded videos spotlighting other songs on both his house and LED Christmas tree, including the TikTok-beloved tune "Jones Barbeque and Foot Massage," and Nirvana's music video for "Smells Like Teen Spirit."

The other videos can be found on @justinthelightguy's TikTok page, though the doorbell neighbor exchange appears to have been deleted.
