Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Talk host and reality television star revealed she was hospitalized after contracting the virus in a message to fans on Instagram.
"I wanted to share I've tested positive for COVID-19," the British television personality wrote on Instagram. "After a brief hospitalization, I'm now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while The Talk is on scheduled hiatus."
"Everyone please stay safe and healthy," Sharon finished her post.
Back in September, Osbourne quarantined and appeared on her show via video link after she revealed that one of her young granddaughters had tested positive.
A cancer survivor, Osbourne, 68, previously had colon cancer, while her husband 72-year-old Ozzy Osbourne has Parkinson's Disease.
The couple's daughter Kelly Osbourne spoke about her fears for her vulnerable parents when the pandemic started back in March.
"I wish there was something I could say to comfort you all. Some wisdom I could drop on you to relive you from the fear that surrounds us all right now," she said on Instagram at the time. "The truth is I am scared too. Both of my parents are high risk especially my dad."
Sharon's positive diagnosis comes just days after her Talk co-host Carrie Ann Inaba contracted coronavirus.
"As you can see, Carrie Ann is not here with us today," Sheryl Underwood told viewers during Thursday's broadcast. "She found out this morning that she tested positive for COVID-19. Obviously, our thoughts are with her, we love her, and we're praying for a full recovery. And, out of an abundance of caution, Mrs. O will be doing the show from home today, even though she tested negative for the coronavirus."

"I send all my love and prayers to Carrie Ann," Sharon said at the time.
Taking to Instagram to share her experience with the virus, Inaba said: "Hey everyone, I have tested positive for COVID-19. I'm home with some symptoms and will be sequestering as per the CDC guidelines, resting and taking care of myself."
She added: "I have been in a very safe environment following all the guidelines and safety protocols and it still found its way to me. So, this is a friendly reminder to be extra careful this holiday season. Wear your masks, socially and physically keep your distance, and wash your hands. Take care everyone."
The Talk is filmed in Los Angeles where 7,344 new cases of the virus were reported on Monday.
There has been an outpouring of support for Osbourne following her revelation.
"Wishing you a speedy recovery, Mrs. O, we love you," The Talk's Twitter said.
While Inaba commented on Instagram: "Love you so much my friend. Sending you so much love... and praying for a full recovery."
