MultiVersus is jumping fully into the Halloween spirit. Warner Bros. announced the MultiVersus Monster Mash event, launching just in time for the spookiest time of the year. Launching in tandem with the debut of fighter Stripe from Gremlins, it's the perfect way for fans to celebrate the season and get their brawl on.

There are plenty of goodies and other fun items to earn during the event, too. The MultiVersus Monster Mash introduces a new currency called Candy (naturally, what else?) that you can earn by completing matches. There are also a series of Halloween costumes to don with your favorite characters that change the amount of Candy you can earn.

For example, if you win a match while wearing one of the costumes available to you, you'll earn double the amount of Candy you would otherwise receive. If your match partner is wearing a costume, both of you will receive additional bonus Candy too. There are plenty of ways to continue making more Candy, and you'll want to do just that if you want to get your hands on all the goodies available during the event.

But when can you expect the MultiVersus Monster Mash to start and end? That's important information, after all. We've lined out everything you need to know about when the Monster Mash begins and ends so you can get the most out of each and every moment of the event. Be ready to kick off the Halloween season right!

When Does the MultiVersus Monster Mash Event Start and End?

The MultiVersus Monster Mash event began October 12 and will run through November 15. That means you have about a month to collect all the Candy and costumes as well as rewards as you explore everything during this particularly spooky time.

While there's plenty of Candy to rake in that can later be exchanged for Gold, there are skins that you can collect as some of the game's big-ticket items as well. Some of them required the in-game currency Gleamium, but all are well worth stockpiling:

  • Mummy Reindog - 3,000 Candy
  • Calico Cake - 12,000 Candy
  • Vampire Tom & Jerry - 800 Gleamium
  • Frankenstein Iron Giant - 1,500 Gleamium
  • Witch Velma - 1,500 Gleamium
  • Black Lantern Superman - 2,000 Gleamium
  • Black Lantern Wonder Woman - 2,000 Gleamium

You'll have to win your fair share of matches to get your hands on all of these skins, but it's well worth looking to collect them when they look this cool. Happy Halloween, MultiVersus monsters!

MultiVersus is available to play for free right now.
