The video has since been viewed almost 300,000 times and shared more than 3,000 times.

It starts as the man filming is heard saying "God bless you, lady" as he approaches a woman who calls him a "nasty Mexican dog."

The woman, standing with her arms crossed, repeats the insult several times but the man's only response is to again say "God bless you, lady."

She continues to follow him as he walks away from her, hurling more abuse. He tells her: "Keep following me and I'll call the cops on you."

She replies: "I'm not following you, you're following me, dog."

He again repeats: "God bless you lady, God bless you."

"No don't ble—," she says before stopping and adding "f*** off."

"Jesus loves you, God bless you," the man is the heard telling her.

"Don't talk to me about Jesus, I don't want to talk to you, you started talking to me, nasty dog!" The woman responds.

"Have a nice day, God bless you... God bless you," the man says as he walks away from her while she continues her tirade.

In follow-up tweets, @milkteamamacita said she and her boyfriend assume the woman in the video lives in his apartment complex because "he's seen her multiple times being loud with people on the street."

She didn't identify the woman, but added: "After this video got attention many people in the area also know this woman for behaving this way."

She also said they had tried to report the incident to the Daly City Police Department as well as the San Francisco Police Department, but hadn't got anywhere with either.

"They honestly don't seem to care about the situation. But I mean what else is new?" She wrote.

The Twitter user and both police departments have been contacted for comment.
