Britney Spears recently posted on her Instagram that she would rather hang out with people that are homeless than the people who work in Hollywood.

Spears, after a somewhat tumultuous relationship with Instagram, delivered a hot take in a post on Thursday. She posted a text image to her feed that read, "God is not nice," and wrote in the caption, "Does that mean the devil is EXTREMELY HOT AND NICE???" adding a few emojis including the purple devil emoji and a cry-laughing emoji.

The 40-year-old pop star then added, "I'd rather hang out with homeless people than the people in Hollywood...JUST SAYING!!!!"

The post, which has since been taken down, quickly gathered attention from the masses as some commenters pointed out, "Homeless people probably have A LOT more wisdom than those in Hollywood."

While the post was active on her profile, Spears had some fans writing in the comments that her wedding earlier last month was full of Hollywood stars. Spears married her long-time partner, 28-year-old Sam Asghari, on June 9.

"Her wedding guest list was literally only the biggest names in Hollywood ...," one comment said, according to Fox News. Another Instagram user wrote, "You literally invited Hollywood to your wedding."

Some big-name stars who made an appearance at the event at Spears' home in Thousand Oaks, California, included Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace and Drew Barrymore.

Spears deleted her Instagram account just days after marrying Asghari, prompting fans to question if family drama was the reason behind the move. Spears was caught in a controversial conservatorship for nearly 14 years in which most of her personal and financial decisions were overseen by her family before the arrangement was dissolved late last year.

Spears' mother Lynne Spears, her father Jamie Spears and her sister Jamie-Lynn Spears were not invited to the wedding last month. There had been previous reports that Spears' brother, Bryan Spears, was invited to the nuptials, but the singer denied these claims in a now-deleted post which said, "You were never invited to my wedding... GO F**K YOURSELF Bryan."

Spears' father Jamie has more recently been ordered to appear in court for questioning over surveillance allegations during the conservatorship. In court testimony last summer, Spears accused her father of "conservatorship abuse," and now faces questions regarding allegations that he had wiretapped his daughter's bedroom.

Outside of the Los Angeles court after the hearing on Wednesday, the pop star's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, told reporters: "The day of reckoning for Mr. Spears has come... we have seen nothing but obstruction and stone-walling from him."

Newsweek reached out to a representative for Spears.
