Footage from a Ring doorbell showed the sweet moment when a man who appeared to be a delivery driver spotted a baby turtle and showed it off to the camera after dropping off some packages.
Malia shared the video to her account, @maliapopia, where it was viewed more than 2 million times and delighted other TikTok users.
A blog post published by the National Wildlife Federation outlined a few ways homeowners can keep baby turtles safe while they are living in their yard.
Among these tips include ensuring the yard has vegetation to give baby turtles cover from predators, not using pesticides and checking the area before mowing the lawn.
"Do a quick scan of your lawn area before starting the engine to look for baby (or adult) turtles and other small wildlife that cannot outrun your mower," the piece stated.

The Wildlife Center of Virginia also advised against relocating the turtle to a "better place."
"Turtles have small home territories and should be left where they are found," the agency noted.
In the clip, the man drops off a few packages and turns to walk across the lawn toward a delivery truck. He paused and bent over to pick something up.
The man held up what he found from a distance and said he "found a baby turtle" before jogging back to the front door.
He held up the turtle to the camera as he smiled, then turned and walked back toward the truck.
Malia wrote to Newsweek that her father sent her the video while she was away at college.
She explained that turtles tend to lay eggs in their grass because they live near a river.
"So we are always super cautious this time of year of our little friends," Malia said.
The delivery man's reaction to spotting the tiny turtle charmed viewers who expressed their glee in the comments section.
"This is the most adorable thing I've seen all week," a viewer wrote.
"OK but why did I cry when he frolicked away with the turtle," another comment read.
Wrote one viewer, "I needed this wholesome content in my feed. Thank you!"
A TikToker remarked on the man's reaction to finding the small turtle.
"I love seeing adults do the same motions I see kids do when they get excited about something," they wrote.
Malia said she was "shocked" to find that the video went viral.
"I am so happy this guy made so many people happy," she said.
In addition to the man finding a baby turtle in a yard, security cameras managed to record other interesting and odd moments, like the moment that a bear is seen opening a freezer in a garage and eating $600 worth of meat.
One video, which went viral on TikTok, shows a curious dog pressing a doorbell with its snout.
Another video, which was re-posted to Reddit, showed two pigs fighting off a bear that made its way into their pen.
