Dream Home Makeover is back on Netflix for Season 3 with six new episodes.

The series follows Shea McGee and her husband Syd, owners of interior design business Studio McGee, as they design and renovate dream homes for their clients.

Each episode sees the McGees traveling to meet a new client and being tasked with meeting their requirements to transform their living space. Some jobs are one-room designs while others are full home builds and renovations. This season the clients range from the owners of a multimillion dollar estate to a woman whose home was destroyed by a fire and needs a full restoration.

Shea and Syd, who have been married since 2008, share daughters Wren, 8, Ivy, 5 and Margot, 1, who also make appearances throughout the show as their parents juggle their growing business with their busy family life.

Where Is 'Dream Home Makeover' Filmed?

As a big part of the show involves the family's home life and seeing how the McGees balance working and their three girls, a lot of footage is filmed in the McGees' hometown of Salt Lake City, Utah. The family moved there from Los Angeles in 2015, shortly after the launch of their home design business Studio McGee. In Season 3, the McGees are seen working on their new headquarters in Salt Lake City, where their 170 employees are based.

Though Salt Lake City is the McGees' base, when it comes to the renovations, Studio McGee hits the road and travels to a variety of locations. Season 1 of Dream Home Makeover was mainly filmed in Salt Lake City but as the seasons have continued and the business has grown the McGees have taken on a diverse range of clients from across the United States.

While fans have expressed their excitement at Dream Home Makeover returning for another season, it seems the stars of the show are just as thrilled. Ahead of Season 3 of Dream Home Makeover being released on Netflix, Shea took to Instagram to thank fans for their support.

Posting on the stories of Studio McGee's official Instagram account, she wrote: "Season 3 of Dream Home Makeover launches TOMORROW on @netflix! We've poured so much into this season we hope you enjoy it.

"We hope you laugh, cry and feel inspired...all the things. I get sooo nervous leading up to the launch. I'm sitting in our hotel room prepping for the TODAY show (tomorrow) with lots of anxious energy."

Shea then added: "Thanks so much your support...hope you enjoy season 3!"
