Nothing good ever comes from a camping trip on Grey's Anatomy.

Drs. Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and Maggie Pierce's (Kelly McCreary) camping trip from hell resulted in the official end of their relationship last season. Back on Season 3, the late, great Dr. Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) had to suffer immense irritation when his colleague Dr. Preston Burke (Isaiah Washington) invited all the top males at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital to what was supposed to be a best buds bonding trip. And now a camping trip will result in bloodshed on Season 16 of the ABC medical drama.

In yet another crossover episode of Grey's Anatomy and Station 19, a few Grey Sloan staffers will have their hands full after their camping experience is interrupted by a vicious bear. Viewers will have to watch the hourlong episode of the emergency response series Station 19 to see exactly what occurs when a bear nearly kills a few people in the woods. To no one's surprise, Jackson is there because Victoria Hughes (Barrett Doss), a Station 19 firefighter, is there and they are still dating.

Their fireside lovefest won't last long, though. In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy, titled "A Diagnosis," Jackson will be tasked with saving a couple who have been injured by the bear. Dr. Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington)—who is notably freaked out that a bear "came out of nowhere and ripped this guy's nose off"—will offer her assistance, along with Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd).

Meanwhile, Dr. Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) should have his hands full trying to figure out how to save a patient with a seemingly incurable illness. But when Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) decides to take over, he'll find himself with nothing to do but be irritated with his kinda-sorta ex-girlfriend for stealing his patient, according to a show synopsis.

Over on the other side of the ER, Dr. Levi Schmitt (Jake Borelli) will be licking his own love wounds when his boyfriend, Dr. Nico Kim (Alex Landi), reveals he doesn't want to introduce Levi to his parents. Nico's skepticism about taking the next step in their relationship doesn't bode well for Levi, who not only recently professed his love for Nico but also introduced him to many of his family members a few episodes back.

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursday on ABC at 9 p.m. EST, right after Station 19, which comes on at 8 p.m.

Viewers can live stream both shows on ABC's website and app as long as they have a cable provider login. Hulu Plus Live subscribers and YouTube TV members can also catch Grey's Anatomy and Station 19 in real time on those platforms.
