Halloween is a time to get dressed up in your spookiest attire and indulge in trick-or-treat candy to your heart's delight. But it's also a time for major savings as retailers and restaurants offer exclusive deals and discounts for the holiday.

At McAlister's Deli, guests can score 50 percent off the chain's specialty beverage called the Witch's Brew.

"To celebrate the Halloween season, McAlister's has brewed up a magical potion: the Witch's Brew, a lemonade made with cane sugar, lemon juice, and caramel apple syrup," a spokesperson said for the company.

From October 28 to Halloween, customers enrolled in McAlister's loyalty program will get the drink half off when they purchase an entrée.

The counter-service chain is also offering a limited edition Halloween Cookie Tray. The dessert platter is perfect for any Halloween celebration as it comes with 52 assorted mini cookies and Halloween decorations and candies for $24.99.

Meanwhile, pizza lovers will also be covered this Halloween as Schlotzsky's unveils its pizza four-pack bundle. The bundle includes four 10-inch pizzas or flatbreads and one entrée veggie salad, priced for $34.99.

The deal is available every day after 2 p.m. until January 8, 2024, meaning shoppers can indulge in the pizza deal all holiday season. You can score the deal whether you order online, in app or in stores.

Keep in mind, additional toppings and substitutions will cost more, and prices vary by location.

For those craving a burrito this Halloween, Moe's has another deal for you.

Via the chain's Chips and Dips Trio Bonus Points, rewards members will earn 10 bonus points with the purchase of a chips and dip trio. The extra points go live on Halloween and end on November 12.

The cold brew comes with salted caramel and spiced brown sugar flavors and costs $3.19 at participating locations. Meanwhile, the Candy Bag Milkshake also features a salted caramel flavor, with swirls of caramel, chocolate and peanut butter topped with whipped cream and cookies and cream.

More Holiday Releases to Watch Out For

While Halloween is a big day for deals, the holiday season promises many more discounts and new menu items in store.

Goldfish is launching its Elf-inspired graham crackers to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the beloved Christmas movie about a human who was raised by elves in the North Pole.

Instead of the usual cheese flavor typical for Goldfish crackers, shoppers will get a maple syrup flavor, as maple syrup happens to be one of Buddy the Elf's favorite foods.

"Inspired by one of elves' four main food groups (syrup!), these grahams are an irresistibly delicious treat full of flavors like sweet brown sugar and butter, and the taste of caramel and vanilla," parent company Pepperidge Farm said in a release.

Wendy's Peppermint Frosty also returns to stores on November 14.

"The Peppermint Frosty is our latest flavor innovation on the iconic Wendy's Frosty that fans have come to know and love for over 50 years," said John Li, Wendy's vice president of culinary innovation. "It's the classic thick and creamy Frosty that our fans crave with bursts of fresh peppermint—every sweet bite will put you in the holiday spirit."

Even Oreo is getting in on the holiday flavor action.

The brand's seasonal cookie flavor is Hot Cocoa Flavor Creme. It features two layers of creme filling, with one layer containing marshmallow-flavored creme, while the other one tastes like hot cocoa.

"Can't make a hot cocoa bar without OREO Hot Cocoa. Back on shelves NOW!" Oreo announced this week in a post on X, formerly Twitter.
