Kanye "Ye" West has been all over the news the past couple of weeks due to the ongoing social media drama between Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend and SNL alum Pete Davidson.
Over the last month, Kanye has posted screenshots of various news articles and private text messages with Kardashian, who was afraid for Davidson's safety. Later, West posted an apology to Kardashian but the drama only intensified.
Since then, these posts have been deleted. On March 2nd, West posted a music video for his song "EAZY" off his album Donda 2. The music video has been under fire due to the graphic contents, including the violent kidnapping of Davidson.
In the eyes of the court, Kardashian is now a single woman. The news of her and West's divorce becoming finalized broke on March 2nd.
"For so long, I did what made other people happy," Kardashian told Vogue Magazine, "And I think in the last two years I decided, I'm going to make myself happy. And that feels really good. And even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it's important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy."
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has shown support for her boyfriend as she liked director James Gunn's tweet, defending Davidson amid the release of the music video. Gunn called Davidson a "truly generous, tender and funny spirit."
In spite of all the drama focusing on West and Kardashian's past relationship, the reality TV star has remained busy with other things. On social media, Kardashian posted pictures while she hiking with members of the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) and people who were previously incarcerated. The ARC is an organization that helps those who are currently in or recently released from prison get back into the workforce while offering them other helpful resources.
Kardashian tweeted, "Listening to the what it's like having a life sentence to what life is like now is inspiring!"
The entrepreneur has been studying to become a lawyer. In December, she announced that she passed the Baby Bar exam. She explained in her Instagram post that she had failed the exam three times in a 2-year period. Even though she had COVID the fourth time taking the quiz, she still passed.
"In California, the way I'm studying law you need to take 2 bar exams, this was just the first one but with the harder pass rate. I was told by top lawyers that this was a close to impossible journey and harder than the traditional law school route but it was my only option and it feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to achieving my goals," she exclaimed.
