Ivanka Trump has been described as a "savage" for cropping Kimberly Guilfoyle out of a picture from Tiffany Trump's wedding day.

Both women attended the wedding in Mar-a-Lago on Saturday as Donald Trump's daughter married Michael Boulos. TV news personality Guilfoyle is a friend of the family and was an adviser to Donald Trump while he was serving as president of the United States.

Eagle-eyed social media users noticed something was amiss after Ivanka Trump seemingly cut Guilfoyle, fiancée of Donald Trump Jr., out of a photo. A picture was posted online featuring six women, with Ivanka Trump next to the bride and Guilfoyle at the end of the row. When Ivanka Trump later posted a selection of photos on Instagram and Twitter, Guilfoyle had been cropped out of the original image, so that Tiffany would be central with two women on either side of her.

"That crop was savage," wrote @LindyLi on Twitter with a laughing emoji. Thousands of people noticed the crop and reacted with comments and retweets.

"When you think you're in the group chat but they started a new one without you..." joked Newsweek contributor Travis Akers.

Ivanka Trump reposted the photo to her Instagram Story feed about four hours later, but this time it had Guilfoyle back in it.

Stephanie Winston Wolkoff wasn't surprised by the move, suggesting it was intentional. "A Trump is a Trump is a Trump," wrote the Author of Melanie and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady.

"Cue the sad trombones for [Kimber Guilfoyle]" joked @rav_cay on Twitter sharing the before and after images side by side.

It is unknown if Ivanka Trump cut her brother's fiancée out of the picture on purpose, and she has not publicly addressed it online. Newsweek has reached out for comment. Guilfoyle may be aware of the incident as she reposted the same image, with her included in it, on her Instagram Stories, though it wasn't a repost from Ivanka Trump's account.

The decision to cut Guilfoyle out of the picture was highlighted on Reddit too. One user suggested it may be because while everyone else at the wedding wore lighter dresses, Guilfoyle wore black. "Kimberly Guilfoyle ignores the Frozen theme and goes the The Batman theme," one user wrote in a popular thread. "Well, she does ruin the aesthetic," another added.

It was confirmed in 2018 that Guilfoyle was dating Donald Trump Jr. after his divorce from Vanessa Trump. He proposed to her on New Year's Eve in 2020 with the news confirmed in January 2022.
