Brennon Lemieux has opened up to Newsweek about what his time filming Love Is Blind was really like.
The water engineer, 32, is on the cast of Season 3 of the hit Netflix dating show, which sees its contestants date and get engaged to their potential partners without ever seeing each other face to face.
Love Is Blind released the first four episodes of its third season on October 19, and a new batch followed on October 26.
During the very first episode fans watched as Lemieux got down on one knee and asked Alexa Alfia to marry him after forming a romantic connection with her in the pods.

The couple can now be seen navigating life as an engaged couple and getting to know each other even better on the show's getaway to Malibu, California, which is shown in the new episodes released on Netflix.
Compared to some of the other couples, such as Nancy Rodriguez and Bartise Bowden, Lemieux and Alfia have, so far, enjoyed a relatively drama-free time on the show.
Speaking to Newsweek, Lemieux revealed what things were really like behind the scenes and when asked if their experience in the pods and in Malibu was as smooth-sailing as it looked on TV, Brennon confirmed that "it really was."
"It's so funny, it was always that kind of thought like, 'When's the first thing going to happen?' but we were on cloud nine," he added.
Of course, fans will need to tune into the rest of the season to find out if things remain rosy for Lemieux and Alfia, and it won't be until November 9 that viewers find out if they end up tying the knot.

Opening up further about his Love Is Blind experience, Lemieux revealed that he struggled with some aspects of the show.
"I didn't know what to expect. Before this I was not involved in social media at all," he said.
Lemieux added: "Being [there] in person and being around cameras it was really nerve-wracking, and I had a lot of anxiety sometimes."
Praising his partner on the show, Lemieux revealed that Alfia was a source of support during the times he was finding filming hard.
"The factor that helped me out, and I can say this definitively, multiple times I had issues being around cameras and everything, Alexa would pull me aside and she's just got this way of talking to me and it really helped," he said.
The first seven episodes of Love Is Blind Season 3 are available to stream now on Netlix.
The next batch of episodes will be released on November 2 and the finale and reunion episodes are due to be released on November 9.
