Michael Watson and Meka Jones are making strides in their relationship on Season 10 of Married at First Sight.
Now that they have moved in together—and have even decided to share the same bedroom—they'll continue to take steps toward happily ever after when they throw a housewarming party on the upcoming episode of the Lifetime reality series.

The pairs' friends and family members will visit them at their new apartment during Episode 8, which is set to air on Wednesday. As they make an attempt to bond with the people who know their spouse the best, Michael will carve out some one-on-one time with Meka's mother, Ms. Jones.
In an Episode 8 sneak peek (above), exclusive to Newsweek, Michael sits with Meka's mom and asks her for some much-needed advice. Although their marriage is in a much better place than where they were during their honeymoon, he expresses that he is anxious not to mess things up now that they're doing so well as a unit.
"Being that you guys are super close, is there any advice you think I should kind of take heed to or things that I should be prepared for or that I should be mindful of—just to be, you know, a better husband, a better friend—as I continue this process in our marriage?" Michael asks in the clip.
Ms. Jones offers him the same advice she gave Meka before she and Michael tied the knot two weeks earlier: "Just be patient with each other."
"Take things day by day, and pick your battles," she continued. "Not everything is worth fighting over."
A thankful Michael vows to take his mother-in-law's advice, while she reassures him that she's rooting for the couple to make it to the end of the marital experiment successfully.
"I know that my daughter is genuine. I truly feel like you're genuine. I've been with you since day one. You've been my son-in-law. When I refer to you, I say 'my son-in-law,'" Ms. Jones says. "You both are here for a reason. I appreciate the fact that you're still trying. You want to be happy. That's the ultimate goal. That's why you guys are both here. Life is too short to just be bickering back and forth. So not everything is an argument. Your happiness means more than being right."
If Ms. Jones had any reservations about Michael before their conversation, he managed to ease her worries.
"The growth that I see tonight makes me extremely proud of both of them because I feel like they're communicating more effectively and they're both still committed to making this marriage work," Meka's mom told producers in a confessional.
Married at First Sight airs on Lifetime on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET.
