It's not uncommon for people who are in love to consider the possibility of marriage and having children, but for the couples of Married at First Sight, the idea of starting a family with a person who is essentially still a stranger may seem kind of bizarre.
However, some Season 10 newlyweds surprisingly already have babies on the brain.

On episode 6 of the Lifetime reality show, which airs on Wednesday, the future is the main topic of discussion for cast members Jessica Studer, Austin Hurd, Katie Conrad, Derek Sherman, Taylor Dunklin, Brandon Reid, Meka Jones, Michael Watson, Mindy Shiben and Zach Justice.
The last few days of the couples' honeymoon in Panama are winding down, and soon they'll all be returning back to their normal lives in Washington D.C. with the spouses they met and married just five days ago. While a few of the cast members are mostly concerned about intertwining their home and work lives with a stranger, some of the couples are wondering about expansion.
"Do you want babies soon?" Katie asked the group in the episode 6 sneak peek.
Although Zach and Mindy haven't had the easiest transition into married life, the new husband is first to respond. "I haven't put a timeline on it," he said.
Mindy agreed that children would likely be a conversation for later on down the line. "You know, we're not quite there yet," she said, adding that she'd rather them become dog parents before they "throw a kid in there, eventually."
As for Taylor and Brandon, they've already talked about adding a few babies to their camp. "Brandon and I both want kids," Taylor revealed.
"We were talking about that last night. We want kids. We want at least one, maybe two," she continued before adding, "Not anytime soon, though."
No one was surprised when Katie and Derek revealed their plans to start a family considering how well the pair have hit it off since they first exchanged vows.
"I think we're in the same boat. Like what? Two, three years, something like that?" Derek asked.
Katie replied, "Let's say two years."
Meka and Michael were missing in action for the boat trip. Still, considering the fact that the couple hasn't spent a night together on their honeymoon, it may be safe to assume they're far from thinking about having children together.
Married at First Sight airs on Lifetime on Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.
