Video clips of Nathan Chen's men's figure skating routine, that won him the top spot on the podium, has gone viral on social media.
Clips of the 22-year-old American's final routine in the 2022 Winter Olympics have been viewed over 120,000 times. The majority of comments praised Chen for his overall performance at the Olympics as well as for the many accolades he has won up to this point.

Chen has indeed solidified his place in figure skating history, adding an Olympic Gold medal to his list of accolades.
Chen placed first with an overall score of 332.60. In second was Japan's Yuma Kagiyama with 310.05 and Japan's Shoma Uno placed third with 293.
Chen has six consecutive national championships, which remains the most since two-time Olympic champion Dick Button in the 1940s and 50s.
He also has three consecutive world championships, the best run by an American since Scott Hamilton in the 1980s.
And over the last four years, he has only suffered a single defeat, a run that includes three consecutive wins at the Grand Prix Final.
Chen winning gold marks the final step of his redemption at the Olympics.
Despite the high expectations, in 2018 in Pyeongchang, Chen was unable to secure a podium position.
He fell on the first jump of his short program and then stumbled on the second and third which ultimately placed him in 17th place.
In February 2018, after his disappointing performance at his first Winter Olympics, Chen spoke about how he approached his final event after his fall.
Chen was asked by ABC's Matt Gutman what was going through his mind after his struggles ahead of his free skate routine.
"I was really disappointed with the short program, I tried really hard for the event and that was not a representation of what I had done leading up to the event," Chen said.
"At that moment, half of the night was me just upset about it and the other half was just me saying I have to focus on tomorrow, tomorrow is a new day.
"I had already started this journey, I couldn't give up then, I was already so low in the rankings that it was an opportunity for me to not worry anymore and let all the expectations go.
"I had nothing to lose at that point and wanted to just go out there and redeem myself as much as I could."
And, after the lackluster performance in the men's short program, Chen was able to redeem himself in that free skate routine. He proceeded to come first in the free skate which moved him up from 17th place to 5th overall.
And four years later, another superb final routine landed him the gold in the men's singles figure skating, which Chen described as a whirlwind, according to a Yahoo report.
He skated to Elton John's "Rocket Man" and the usually reserved Chen was able to give a passionate and emotive performance.
"It's just a whirlwind right now. Everything is happening so fast, but I'm so happy," Chen said while speaking to NBC.
"That program was just a lot of fun to skate. At the end, I just had a blast out there, so I'm really grateful."
