A college resident assistant said in a now-viral video that he created Harry Styles door tags for all of his male residents in an attempt to help improve their dating lives.

The video was posted to TikTok on January 21 by Ryan Manderbach (@ryan_manderbach), who wrote: "Besties ... They better start memorizing Fine Line like their college dating [lives] depend on it." So far, the post has garnered more than 380,000 views and over 66,000 likes.

It has also received around 200 comments, many from women who thanked Manderbach for doing "God's work."

"Update: Day 160 of college and Bestie RA Ryan gives all his male residents Harry Styles door tags so their Tinder dates don't think they're walking red flags," read the video's text overlay.

To create the tags, Manderbach printed out copies of Styles' Fine Line album cover art, then taped and/or glued them onto what appears to be blank CDs. Using a marker, he wrote his residents' names onto the album art.

In his video, Manderbach dances around with one of the tags before placing it onto one of his resident's doors.

"Besties ... I DID WHAT HAD TO BE DONE OKAY. These pictures of them holding a fish [are] just not doing it. I did what had to be done," he wrote in the video's comments section.

As it turns out, fish photos might actually be the reason some men are reeling in dates online. A study conducted by Fishbrain, a fishing app, revealed that "46 percent of the women [surveyed] said they find men who pose with a fish sexier than those who go fish-free," reported Women's Health.

That being said, the study was limited to participants in Florida, said Women's Health. So, women in New York City might not have the same reaction that women in coastal towns do when being confronted with a picture of a fish while swiping through Tinder.

Styles, on the other hand, is widely adored. With over 33,000,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and the world's most handsome chin and eyes—according to science, said MTV—it might not hurt to throw out the pop star's name when chatting with someone online. At least Manderbach's viewers seemed to like the idea of hanging out with a man who likes Styles.

As previously stated, many of Manderbach's commenters praised him for the door tag idea. Kayleigh Lush said that Manderbach was "doing [God's] work. Meanwhile, Liv Pearsall said: "This would actually be so comforting to me."
