Kody Brown makes a shock declaration about his former wife, Christine, in the teaser for the upcoming episode of Sister Wives.

The former couple star on the TLC show, which is currently in its 17th season, and their break up has been a major storyline in the recent episodes.

Kody, 53, who has a plural marriage with legal wife Robyn, 43, and spiritual wives Meri, 51, and Janelle, 53, has been having a hard time adjusting to Christine's decision to leave Flagstaff, Arizona, where the family currently resides and move back to Utah.

In the trailer for the Sunday, November 20, episode, Kody proclaims that he "never wants to see Christine again," as it appears he's still not happy with her choice as she says goodbye to the family.

Kody and Christine, 51, were previously spiritually married, but announced their split in November 2021.

Two episodes ago Christine finally broke the news to Kody's other wives that she is leaving him and moving back to Utah with her youngest daughter, Truely. Christine has six children with Kody, but the other five, aged 19 to 27, have all now left home.

Despite confirming in last week's episode that she doesn't regret her decision to leave Kody "at all," Christine still can be seen getting emotional as she says goodbye to the other wives and their children.

In the teaser clip, released on TLC's official Twitter account, Christine stands outside her Utah house and says: "Thanks so much for coming guys," but then adds in her confessional interview: "It's very apparent how awkward we all are but Janelle and her kids are on one side and Robyn and Kody are on the other."

"None of us want to be here," she adds.

Kody then declares in his own interview: "I never want to see Christine again," before footage shows him telling Robyn at Christine's goodbye: "I'm leaving in five minutes."

Christine then breaks down in tears as she once again thanks the others for coming and Janelle, who Christine is still very close to, rushes to give her a hug.

Kody's statement in the trailer has not gone down well with Sister Wives fans, who have long been critical of his treatment of Christine, and they were quick to reply to the video to share their views.

One fan replied to TLC's tweet, saying: "Oh you don't want to see her ever again WELL SHE TAKE THAT DECISION ABOUT YOU LONG AGO DUDE SO DON'T PRETEND TO ACT LIKE MAGDALENA [DOG]."

"Isn't it Kody who said, Christine shouldn't be inflicting her negative emotions onto the kids? Yet he can inflict his BS negative behavior ? POS," added another.

A third fan posted: "Yay so happy for christine to get away from kody...too bad janelle couldnt go with her."

As another questioned: "Does Kody think his kids won't ever see this? Or does he not even think that far ahead?"

Following her move, which happened in 2021, but is only being shown on the series now, Christine has been keeping fans up to date with her new life through Instagram.

In October 2021, Christine sold her home in Flagstaff, Arizona, for $700,000, per The Sun, and she and Truely have since moved into a brand new home in Murray, Utah.

Fans can get a glimpse of Christine's new kitchen on her TLC spinoff series, Cooking With Just Christine, where Christine makes her favorite recipes and is often joined by some of her children to put together the dishes.

Sister Wives continues on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
