YouTuber Trisha Paytas has shared an inspirational video of herself rapping her way through the story of her fertility journey, two weeks after the birth of her daughter, Malibu Barbie.
The singer and OnlyFans model, 34, and her husband, Israeli artist Moses Hacmon, welcomed their first child together on September 14, several days after appearing to announce on social media that she had gone into labor.
Paytas, who is nonbinary and uses the pronouns she/her and they/them, had previously said that it was unlikely she would ever be able to conceive after being diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease from contracting chlamydia. Being in her late teens at the time of the diagnosis, she opted against a hysterectomy.

On September 28, she shared a video of herself cradling her bundle of joy, as she loosely rapped her way through the story of her efforts to conceive.
With an instrumental version of Rick James' classic single "Super Freak" playing in the background, Paytas hit—and missed—the beat as she rapped: "One thing about me, when I was 25, doctors told me that I couldn't conceive and here's why.
"They said, 'Your tubes are blocked because of something that you left untreated for too long.' And I thought, 'Oh, great,' now all of my 20s I was just having fun, 'cause I couldn't have babies.
"But then in my 30s, I wanted to have babies, so I got an HSG test and they were like, 'No luck.' It didn't work, could never get pregnant. I thought, 'OK, maybe adoption or IVF.' But then that relationship ended and then I was like, 'Ugh.'
"But then I met someone else, [a] year later in like 2020," she continued. "I wanted to have kids right away, but he was like, 'Wait, hold on. Let's get to know each other first,' So I was like, 'OK.' So we did, for a year.
"Then we got engaged and started trying to conceive. No baby came and I was really sad. We always took tests and they always were bad—they were negative... I was so stressed. I thought, 'I will never be able to give this person a kid, or me.'
"And then we got married and I relaxed. A day before our honeymoon, we did the HSG test again and it went great. Two weeks later, my period was late... I was so shocked I actually was pregnant. I got a baby and carried her full-term. And I had a really great pregnancy."
Rounding out her video, which has been viewed more than 2 million times since it was uploaded, Paytas said: "So this is my message for anyone who's trying to conceive: It's possible.
"I know doctors are great, but sometimes there's breakthroughs and miracles wait. Maybe it was not the right time, or the right guy. So, I waited for the right guy. God sent me him and then sent me [my daughter]. So, it's all about timing, so relax if you can. And get the HSG test. It's cheaper than IVF and it's a good place to start, and you never know what could happen."
Per Mayo Clinic, hysterosalpingography, or HSG, "is an X-ray test to outline the internal shape of the uterus and show whether the fallopian tubes are blocked" as an avenue for checking a woman's fertility.
Paytas' video was met with a strong positive reaction from a number of her 7.4 million TikTok followers, some of whom expressed amusement at her delivery style, while others lauded the inspirational nature of her post.
The social media star—who gained popularity online for lifestyle videos and mukbangs, a subset of social media content in which users film themselves eating—announced her pregnancy on Valentine's Day.
