Is Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce leaving Easter eggs for Taylor Swift fans with his wardrobe?

Kelce's stylist, Danielle Salzedo, discussed the tight end's wardrobe with Us Weekly in a recent interview. She praised Kelce's forward thinking from a fashion perspective and his eagerness, noting that he often buys things before Salzedo has a chance to contact the brand and get it sent over for free.

"He dedicates time to buying online, so he knows what's out there and what's new," Salzedo told Us Weekly. "He spends a significant amount of time on different retail and designer sites looking for new pieces and shopping."

But a couple of Kelce's outfits provided Swift's fans with one of their favorite things: A rabbit hole. In September, Kelce wore a Kid Super jacket with colors that mirrored the colors of Swift's upcoming album 1989 (Taylor's Version), and the attention Swift's fans drew to the jacket caused the brand to change the name of the jacket from "Bedroom Painting Denim Jacket" to "1989 Bedroom Painting Denim Jacket."

In October, Kelce wore a pair of pants that appeared to be made out of the same material as the curtains in one of Swift's videos. Swift's eagle-eyed fans spotted it and pointed it out on social media.

Were those nods on purpose? Salzedo said Kelce already owned the jacket, but she didn't give Us Weekly a definitive answer on the curtain pants. She did, however, say she loves "the narrative being drawn to his looks."

"I don't have the answer to the [curtain theory]," she said. "However, when people authentically connect, they start to have those serendipitous coincidences."

Salzedo added that Kelce presents one specific problem for a designer: A 6-foot-5, 250-pound NFL tight end (with a dress shoe size of 15) requires more "planning and sourcing" before he can leave the house in a full outfit.

"Fortunately, a lot of the designers now are realizing that the tunnel moments with the athletes are major fashion stages and are beginning to cater to larger athletes," Salzedo told Us Weekly.

As for NFL fashion, sales of Kelce's jersey spiked nearly 400 percent in September when rumors began to heat up about his involvement with Swift, although perhaps those numbers will slow down now that fans don't need a Kelce jersey for a Swift-Kelce Halloween costume.

In any case, Kelce and the Chiefs are scheduled to board a nearly 10-hour flight to Germany this afternoon, where the AFC West leaders will play the AFC East-leading Miami Dolphins on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. ET. After that game, the Chiefs begin their bye week, during which Kelce reportedly plans to visit Swift, who will be on the international leg of her Eras tour in Argentina.

The curtain pants might make for good travel attire. According to Kelce, the velvet-like material makes them "as comfy as they look."
