While Prince Harry is saying all the things in London (insert big eyes and head explosion emoji here), a bunch of celebrities turned it out in New York City for the Global Gala for the King's Trust. It's the fourth annual event for the organization, which supports work aimed at offering young, disadvantaged youth opportunities to better prepare them for future employment.

"I've been doing this since the 80s," Lionel Richie, one of the co-chairs of the event, told Newsweek about his work for the King's Trust. "Self-esteem, satisfying people's dreams who had no dreams at all, really no way of even trying to figure out what it's all about... So, being involved in this is so rewarding because I can give back and, not only do I, but everyone involved."

While King Charles was not at the event, he did speak from a video message. "This is an occasion where we come together to celebrate the remarkable work carried out by the Trust across the globe," Charles said. "Lives are being transformed through the tireless dedication of the Trust team and its invaluable partner organizations."

While he was saying this, his son, Prince Harry, chatted with the BBC about the loss of his appeal over security arrangements while in the UK. "He [Charles] won't speak to me because of this security stuff," Harry said. (Awkward).

Is the royal family never not dramatic? It's such a soap opera. (And I can't stop watching it).

That's it for me today. Keep scrolling for more entertainment news. Don't miss my chat with the latest person voted off of Survivor below!

You's Penn Badgley: 'I've Been Playing Boys Who've Been Getting a Free Pass for 30 Years'

By: H. Alan Scott

Is there a satisfying way to bring an end to Joe Goldberg's story on Netflix's You? To Penn Badgley, who has played the serial killer and sexual predator for the past five seasons, "We give a nod and a wink to the kind of satisfaction you want."

Despite knowing his devious ways, "the viewers were purposefully withheld from seeing him actually, truly abuse and murder someone he—quote, unquote—loves until the very end.... You finally see him as a sexual predator."

In this season of You, many will see similarities to Gossip Girl, the show that made Badgley famous. "My experience on Gossip Girl was a meditation on celebrity, and my experience on You has been a meditation on masculinity and love." But to some, it's Badgley's take as a bully on Will & Grace that stands out. "I've always played such generally sensitive people, but it is true that my first role was a serial abuser. I've been playing boys who've been getting a free pass for 30 years."

Check out Badgley' conversation with H. Alan here.
