Is This Season of 'The White Lotus' a Letdown?

Can we talk about this season of The White Lotus? From the cringe-inducing brothers' storyline to the slow burn of seemingly every storyline, it begs the question: Is this season of The White Lotus not hitting?

Listen, I'm not not enjoying it, but I do find myself texting friends afterwards, "When is something going to happen?!" It just feels like nothing is happening.

Tension in a show like The White Lotus is essential, but like, we're now six episodes in and it feels like the only thing that has happened is the brothers getting to know each other better (insert incredibly uncomfortable "wink wink" here).

At this point, the only thing I want to happen is for Natasha Rothwell's Belinda to get justice for Jennifer Coolidge's Tanya by doing something to Jon Gries' Greg (Tanya was killed off at the end of last season). That, for me, would make this season worth it. (Oh, and for Carrie Coon to do something insane. I feel like that's going to happen soon). Because between the family and that weird bar moment between Sam Rockwell and Walton Goggins, I'm just so very lost.

That's it for me today. I'll see you on Wednesday! Until then, keep scrolling for more.

Prince Harry's Real Visa Headache

By Jack Royston

Prince Harry's visa papers have been the subject of a now two-year court battle about his past use of drugs—but in reality there may be more private information than that at stake in the case.

New documents released this week referenced the fact a disclosure of the Duke of Sussex's visa status could expose him to harassment or manipulation. The case, brought by the Heritage Foundation, has always been about whether he lied on his application form about taking drugs or alternatively told the truth and was given favorable treatment.
